The Park Loggia

Designer: Pembrooke & Ives

Our team worked with the designer Pembrooke and Ives to translate a residential carpeting design for 15 W 61st Street, The Park Loggia, to a wool and shiny nylon woven Axminster for the corridors of a residential building in New York, NY. Modeled off the look of residential-use broadloom carpeting, we recreated the shininess of silk without the durability and maintenance headaches. The pattern was selected to keep wear and tear minimal and help turn corners.
