This course explores the health benefits of natural wood flooring in the built environment. It covers biophilic design and how wood contributes to improved indoor air quality, overall health, better sleep, and stress reduction. Additionally, we will discuss the sustainability of wood, its role in carbon sequestration, and the advantages of manufacturing without harmful chemicals.
