Our team worked with designers, the building superintendent, and Condo Board to create a custom Axminster carpeting that met the aesthetics and performance needs of their interior modernization.
We also resurfaced the gym with rubber sheet flooring and removed subfloor issues.

We worked with the renowned firm Selldorf Architects, to design new cork flooring in custom colors for the Oak Room & Bar at the Plaza Hotel, to match the pattern of the original linoleum floor with a contemporary design aesthetic.
Our team worked with designers from Pembrooke and Ives to create a period appropriate carpet design for 1960’s Emory Roth building in the heart of Greenwich Village.
Our team worked with the designer Pembrooke and Ives to translate a residential carpeting design for 15 W 61st Street, The Park Loggia, to a wool and shiny nylon woven Axminster for the corridors of a residential building in New York, NY.
